Gated community Perla is in quarter Zornitsa, in the town of Burgas. It spreads over 11 acres. There are seven constructed and put into operation buildings with Act 16 at 7 or 8 aboveground levels. On September in the Gated community will start the construction of two new buildings – Perla 8 . With the construction of the new buildings the area of the courtyard will be increased and another swimming pool will be built. 



  The construction of the first 7 blocks consists of a basement, a ground floor, four floors for blocks 5,6,7 and five standard floors for blocks from 1 to 4, a terrace floor and an attic floor. Total 7 and 8 levels above the ground. In the underground levels are the storage rooms and two two parking lots - one for the first four blocks and the second for the blocks from five to seven.
 
In the underground floor, there are the cellars for every property, underground parking lot, who is separated from the staircase and from the cellars with fire-resistant barrier. There, are situated also all necessary technical premises.


On the ground floor of the blocks in the Gated community are all the commercial premises for a public service. Part of Perla is also one-family house.

PERLA 8



 April 2018 begаn the construction of the new two constructions - block Perla 8. It will consist of two connected buildings to each other, forming a П-shaped structure and connected with an existing building in the northeast. They will be a whole as volume and vision.
 
  Their architectural style will be very much alike to the already build 7 blocks to preserve the beautiful Mediterranean style. Marble and travertine will once again be part of the facade of the buildings.

  Their height will be variable and with a smooth stepped silhouette, emphasizing the beautiful structure of the new block. The highest part will lengthen in vertical, the silhouette of the Gated community Perla and will fully fit into the existing tall buildings next door the Gated community. Thus, the type of the Perla will not only be aesthetically beautiful and modern, but will complete the infrastructure of the entire Zornitsa quarter.


  In the new Perla 8 the construction materials will be from the higher class building materials - bricks with increased thermal properties, energy efficient profiles and glazing, high quality thermal insulation system and all this is calculated with energy efficiency project.




  The entrances of all the blocks are facing the inner courtyard of the Gated communityPerla 8 will have three entrances, from which the residents of the building will enter the block, also, from the green and beautiful courtyard. The access to the Gated community is through an entrance with barrier and the security guard, located in the north of the Gated community. The urban plan of Perla is fixed, as the black are located in the periphery.
 
  The blocks in Perla are located on the periphery of the Gated community in a rectangular shape and form an inside protected space which is richly planted. The entire architecture of the Gated community is in accordance with the urban planning parameters and the legal requirements.
